We help healthcare and health-product providers replace referral dependence with a predictable flow of qualified enquiries.
What changes when you work with Relay?
Without Relay
Enquiries you can't predict
Work comes from referrals, repeat customers and word of mouth. Good months and quiet months, and no way to influence which one you get.
Leads that go nowhere
Enquiries come from people who were never looking for what you sell, and your team finds out on the call.
No line from spend to revenue
You can see what marketing cost. You can't see what it returned.
With Relay
Demand you can turn on
A paid channel that produces enquiries when you need them, so a quiet month becomes something you can act on.
Enquiries filtered for fit
Your advertising finds people who want what you sell, so your team spends its time on genuine prospects.
A pipeline with the numbers attached
Enquiries land in a system that tracks revenue, so you know what your demand is actually worth.
How it works
1
Kickoff and build
One call to settle what you offer, who you want more of, and what a good enquiry actually looks like. From there we build the campaign, the creative, the enquiry form and the pipeline it lands in. Usually about two weeks.
2
Campaign goes live
Ads run and enquiries start arriving. Every one gets a text back within a minute and lands in your pipeline with a notification.
3
It runs and gets tighter
Creative gets refreshed before it fatigues, spend moves toward what converts, and you get a monthly report and a call. Over time the pipeline tells you what an enquiry is worth, not just what it cost.
Recent work
Ayre Allied Health
Paediatric speech pathology practice that had taken on new clinicians and needed their calendars filled. We built the first campaign end to end, and it resulted in 6 ongoing clients.

MAXM Skate
A B2B medtech business selling internationally through hospital contracts and institutional channels, with no direct-to-consumer presence. We built and tested a consumer channel from scratch, and it worked well enough that they’re now considering it in other markets.

I've shot weddings, played gigs, worked at an agency, and spent time in-house at a healthcare organisation. I've tried lots of different things, and I've managed to get pretty good at some of them (not bouldering).
I started Relay because I kept coming back to the same idea: one proven marketing service, done really well, where you can see a clear ROI.
The part I like most is when an ad connects someone to something they actually needed. Marketing has earned its reputation for selling people things they probably don't need. A lot of healthcare or health-related businesses are closer to the opposite, and I find it pretty cool to help them grow and serve more people.
The rest is simple enough. I only want to keep working with a client when it's clearly worth it for them, and I built the system so we can always tell.
And it's just me doing everything (for now). You won't get passed to an account manager, and you won't have to re-explain your business to someone new every few months.
